Steel Service Centre EMW
(Production site: Neunkirchen)
As one of the largest independent steel service centers in Europe, EMW supplies coils, slit strips, cut-to-size sheets and formats to the metal working and processing industry. EMW has over 50,000 tons of material constantly in stock, enabling almost all standard market grades to be delivered when requested.


SCHÄFER Perforated Plate
(Production site: Neunkirchen)
Also in Neunkirchen, SCHÄFER produces perforated plate for the metal working and processing industry. Geared to each special application, the company supplies perforated plate in a range of materials and with individual perforation patterns. The customers’ wishes set the standards.
Several hundred different perforation patterns are available from SCHÄFER. Our own tool making division guarantees perforation precision in size and shape.

SCHÄFER Container Systems
(Production sites: Neunkirchen and Ledeč nad Sázavou/Czech Republic)
In Neunkirchen, SCHÄFER manufactures re-useable stainless steel containers (fully or partially coated) for beverages, which are used by drinks producers for beer, wine and soft drinks all over the world.
In addition, container systems for the chemical and petrochemical industries, water engineering and the food industry are produced here, too.
At the Ledeč nad Sázavou production plant in the Czech Republic, SCHÄFER produces pure stainless steel KEGs for beverages and large-volume stainless steel storage and transport containers for industrial applications.

In Betzdorf, SCHÄFER produces high-quality steel cabinets and furnishing systems. The wide ranging spectrum of steel cabinets for offices, administration, workshops and production shop floors is geared to covering the needs of these different working environments.

SCHÄFER IT-Systems
(Production sites: Betzdorf und Dresden)
At these two production sites, under the all-encompassing name of IT Systems, SCHÄFER produces all types of housings and cabinets for the world of IT, from PC housings to network cabinets.

• SCHÄFER Ausstattungs-Systeme GmbH in Betzdorf produces cabinet solutions for network technology and office system cabinets for offices and administration.

• SCHÄFER Gehäusesysteme GmbH in Dresden is a system-supplier with complete solutions. Beyond the development and manufacture of complete PC and server housings, SCHÄFER also offers an extensive range of PC services, such as assembly, software pre-loads, system tests and accompanying logistics. In addition, SCHÄFER also develops and produces complex housing solutions for very specialised electronics systems for widely differing applications.
